GMO Terminology
GMO food, Genetically-Engineered food, Genetically Modified Food, BST, rBGH, Aspartame. Basically all "food products" with the DNA altered in a laboratory instead of by natural means.
Not created through any process of natural reproduction, not through any natural means from Nature, but created by fundamentally altering the DNA in a laboratory.
Question: Is it safe to eat? Is it not safe to eat?
And, BTW, who should we listen to?
I suggest that you learn what you can learn, and then, listen to yourself, to your own intuition.
